Moderator Training Info Session

Do you ever wonder what it takes to run a Crossing Party Lines conversation? Are you curious to find out whether or not you have what it takes? Are you interested in taking your communication skills to the next level? Come to this info session and learn how Crossing Party Lines trains and supports our moderators. We will:

- show you what a meetup looks like "under the hood"

- give you a taste of how we prepare to facilitate difficult conversations

- answer any questions you have about moderating CPL-style

- give you a tour of our professionally developed moderator training*

Moderators are the life-blood of CPL. Right now there's more demand for our conversations than we can keep up with. We CAN change the tone of American politics. YOU can play a part.

*Training is a mixture of self-paced lessons, virtual class discussions, one-on-one meetings with the instructor, and virtual practice sessions.
